We had an amazing stay at this retreat. The location was perfect, with a peaceful atmosphere yet conveniently close to town and the beach. The view from the main house deck during breakfast was beautiful and a great way to start the day. The staff, especially our host Sander, were attentive and provided helpful suggestions for things to do. The room was breathtaking, with an outdoor shower and a tranquil jungle view. The staff made us feel like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I absolutely loved the charming and artistic decoration of the hotel. The traditional Balinese wooden house structure and the authentic ornaments up to 200 years old gave the place a unique and special touch. The general areas, especially the common balcony on top of the jungle, were perfect for enjoying the stunning views and observing the beautiful birds with the provided binoculars. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always there to assist and ensure my comfort, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the younger staff members when it comes to catering to the needs and preferences of senior guests. Some additional support or guidance specifically designed for the older generation would have enhanced the vacation experience even further.

Our stay at the retreat was absolutely magical. The secluded location in the hills provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated with organic and comfortable furnishings. We were impressed by the attention to detail and artistic touch of the decorator, Monique. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking starry night sky, unlike anything we had ever seen before. The owners, Monique and Hans, were incredibly hospitable and made us feel like family. Our breakfasts with them were delightful and the conversations enjoyable. The property felt like our own private resort and we couldn't have asked for a better escape. we highly recommend this hidden gem for an unforgettable stay.

I recently stayed at Bali Bosque Retreat for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely amazing. The property is tucked away in a secluded part of town, making it feel like our own private oasis. The bungalows were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. Monique, the host, was incredibly generous and eager to make our stay unforgettable. The breakfast served at the main house was delicious and the views were breathtaking. We also had the opportunity to learn about the herbs and fruits grown in the garden. it was a truly memorable experience.
